I
am a celiac, can you cater for my dietary needs?
Yes,
we are well versed in gluten free diets and other allergies, etc.
Our web site will feature a selection of recipes.
Will
there be any free time during the yoga holiday?
There
will be optional guided tours most afternoons and you are free to
join or take time to yourself. Patsy and Elma are both ‘locals’
and can suggest walks and attractions of the area.

My
partner wants to join me on the Yogahol but is unsure about doing
yoga. Can you accommodate him/her?
We
do encourage partners to join in the yoga, but there is plenty to
do and see – possible activities nearby include: photography,
golf, horse riding, fishing, etc

I
practice Astanga Yoga – would the Yogahol suit me?
On
the yoga holiday we teach classical yoga postures and dynamic sequences.
You will learn the importance of correct anatomical alignment that
will enhance your practice and challenge you.
Do
you include meditation?
Meditation
is an integral part of each yoga session but is encouraged ‘beyond
the mat’. On the August Yogahol week there will be regular
evening meditation sessions?

I
have just begun practicing yoga, would I be able for the Yoga holiday?
Yes.
The yoga is tailored to individual needs and you will learn much
about alignment and movement.
I
have a bad back – would all that yoga be too much?
No.
Elma and Linda’s therapy training means that modifications
can be made to strengthen and help your condition.

I
am travelling on my own – will I have my own room?
Accommodation is in single/twin & double rooms. Single rooms
will be allocated on a ‘first come request’ basis. During
busy Yogahol weekends it may be necessary to accommodate late bookings
in a nearby house used for overflow.
